Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is free for most items.  For items that do not come with free shipping, the shipping cost will be listed on the item page.  Please see the individual product page for when a product will ship.
What is the return policy?
  MOST products sold through SKIING NINJA, LLC carry a 60-day in-home satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of the original receipt date, you may return it for a full refund less the shipping costs to and from SKIING NINJA.  If you have had Skiing Ninja install your upgrade for you, you can still return it, although labor charges are not refundable. Items that cannot be returned are pre-cut Dampening Material Kits that have been installed at one point. Dampening Material Kits that have not been installed at any point may be returned under our regular return policy.

To receive full credit, merchandise MUST be returned in its original cartons, with all original contents and packaging, and be in like-new condition. If original packaging is not available, please contact a SKIING NINJA representative for assistance. All returns must have a return authorization number to receive proper credit. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by contacting customer service at sales@skiingninja.com. Refunds are issued only after SKIING NINJA receives the return and verifies like new condition. Funds will be returned using the same form of payment as the purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days after return for verification and refund.
