There is no doubt that the GR Research Neo 2X is a marvelous loudspeaker. In fact, it is so well balanced, it is our benchmark bookshelf loudspeaker.
As the N2X is available only in kit form, building the networks, constructing and finishing the cabinets and putting it all together can seem daunting for the first time DIYer.
If you don't have the time or experience to build these out yourself, let Skiing Ninja™ lend a hand!
We've got six cabinets to choose from with three different finishes: Piano Black, Satin Cherry, and Satin Maple.
Each finish is available on a rectangular or curved cabinet.

We will professionally assemble your new networks using our tried and true methods for achieving excellent sonic results.
We will prepare the speakers' front baffle to accept the GR Research drivers, modify the internal structure of the cabinet per GR Research instructions and assemble the whole thing - binding posts, gasketing, wiring, and all.
What you get is a fully ready to play speaker! We guarantee our ready to play N2X will outperform any other bookshelf size speaker you can find at the store for the same money (GR kit plus Skiing Ninja™ build). We even give you 60 days to put them to the test.

These speakers come equipped with Sonicap capacitors, Mills Resistors, Erse XQ Inductors, and Vampire Binding Posts.
Fully custom build
Each network is meticulously hand crafted.
Pure point to point connections
No PCB and no wiring between components. Whenever possible, we mechanically connect components to each other for a superior connection and durability.
Six Cabinet Choices
Choose from two styles and three finishes.
Layout
The component layout of your new networks is carefully chosen to provide the shortest signal path possible while also ensuring magnetic field contamination is keep to a minimum or non-existent. For more information on why this is important, visit our

Cardas Quad Eutectic Solder
George Cardas created this ultra pure, quad eutectic solder for perfect joints; the best reliability with the lowest noise and contact resistance. Ultra pure, tin/lead/silver/copper.
Substrate
All Skiing Ninja Networks™ use point-to-point construction techniques over painted MDF. No Printed Circuit Boards. No thin traces to contaminate the signal. Just pure, crystalline music...
Stand-offs
The last thing you want after installing your killer new networks is a spurious vibrational sound that wasn't there before the upgrade. That's why we include specially made 60 durometer (a measure of hardness) board stand-offs. These stand-offs isolate your new network from the cabinet and keep it quiet!
Upgrade your Cabinet
Your speaker cabinet should never 'talk' along with the music!
All speaker cabinets are transducers of minimal excursion. This means that the walls of the cabinet flex (minimally) with the movement of the drive units. Unfortunately this leads to a smearing of the sound you hear. This greatly reduces the accuracy of the playback and consequently, the 'live' feel.
NoRez will quiet down your cabinet to wonderful effect. Tighter bass, cleaner mid-bass and midrange.
NoRez is a product exclusive to Skiing Ninja™ and GR Research. Its proprietary construction consists of a heavy damping layer and an open cell foam layer.
